Zum Verkauf steht eine Van Gelder / MEL 6-Trommel Winde in ausgezeichnetem Zustand
Baujahr 1989
Betrieb bei den Royal Air Force Air Cadets in England bis ca. 2010
Grundüberholung bei MEL Machinefabriek Etten-Leur ca. 2008
Seit 2008 ca. 700 Betriebsstunden
Mechanik dieses Jahr komplett zerlegt, gereinigt und überholt:
- Alle Flüssigkeiten erneuert (Motoröl, Wandleröl, Kühlflüssigkeit, Bremsflüssigkeit)
- Kraftstoff- und Ölfilter getauscht
- Alle Kugellager, Führungen und Beschläge geprüft und ggf. erneuert
- Seilführungsrollen überdreht und neu gelagert
- Seiltrommeln entgratet und neu lackiert
- Kabine neu lackiert, Sitze erneuert
- Abdeckbleche sandgestrahlt und neu lackiert
- Kappvorrichtung für Kunststoffseile umgebaut
Motor: DAF DHT825A
- 6-Zyl. Turbo, 8270ccm, 230PS
- Ladeluftkühler nachrüstbar (+ ca. 30PS)
- Motor läuft perfekt, kein Ölverlust, kein Rußen
Seile:
- 4 Trommeln mit je 1300m 5mm Dyneema Seil
- Hersteller Liros; Typ D-Pro
- nagelneu

For sale is a Van Gelder / MEL 6-drum winch in excellent condition
Year of construction 1989
Used by the Royal Air Force Air Cadets in England until around 2010
Major overhaul at MEL Machinefabriek Etten-Leur around 2008
Since 2008 approx. 700 operating hours
Mechanics completely dismantled, cleaned and overhauled this year:
- All fluids replaced (engine oil, converter oil, engine coolant, brake fluid)
- Fuel and oil filters replaced
- All ball bearings, guides and fittings checked and replaced if necessary
- Cable guide rollers remachined and refittet with new bearings
- Rope drums deburred and repainted
- Cabin repainted, new seats installed
- Cover plates sandblasted and repainted
- Cutting device converted for dyneema ropes
Engine: DAF DHT825A
- 6-cyl. Turbo, 8270ccm, 230hp
- Intercooler can be retrofitted (+ approx. 30 HP)
- Engine runs perfectly, no oil loss, no soot
Ropes:
- 4 drums each with 1300m of 5mm Dyneema rope
- Manufacturer Liros; Type D-Pro
