This is a retread tyre that I ordered from the USA  for my glider but it doesn't fit. (Just a few millimeters...)  I never used it "in action" (no takeoffs/landings, in fact not even hangar rolling), we just tried to install it, at first it seemed to be okay, but when we inflated it, it started to touch the landing gear fork  (which is very tight), "just a little bit"... but obviously I'm not gonna use it ike that.   Also, the TR67 valve on the (brand new) inner tube is too long (those are available in separate auction).

 

As shipping from the US is usually quite expensive, it seems to be more practical to sell it here locally in Europe, as opposed to sending it back to the shop (which is possible, if nobody needs it).  Morane aircrafts sometimes have 5x5, sometimes 5x4 nose wheel. If yours happens to have 5x4, and you'll soon need a yearly inspection / ARC, you can save on this.. because if you order this tire in the usual way, it will cost you much more. (For instance I received an offer of more than 700 Euros... just for a new tyre !! plus inner tube, plus shipping, plus taxes...)  This one will cost you 350 plus shipping for the tyre, or 500 plus shipping for the tyre and  1 inner tube.  Fixed price, and on a first come first serve basis.
